Your first payment secures your spot on our calendar and your project start date. Remaining payments are billed monthly from there. We will walk through all of this on your Brand Consultation Call.
Do you offer payment plans?
We build the entire creative direction on top of a strategy document you have already approved before we design a single thing. That means every visual decision has a reason behind it rooted in your positioning, your ideal client, and your goals. If something does not feel right we refine it. If at any point you feel we are not the right fit, you are not charged for work not yet delivered. We stand behind what we build because our reputation lives in your results.
What if I do not love the direction?
Every step of it. This is a one-on-one partnership, not a hand-off. You have a voice from strategy to launch and we stay invested in your outcome the entire way through. You will never wonder what is happening with your project or feel like you are chasing someone for an update.
Will I be involved in the creative process?
Not as much as you might think. We guide you through everything. Before your strategy session we send a focused brand questionnaire that helps us understand your business, your clients, and your goals. You do not need to have your copy written, your photos taken, or your direction figured out. That is what the strategy process is for. Come with your goals and your willingness to be honest about where you are. We handle the rest.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
The Brand typically runs 10 to 12 weeks from strategy session to launch. The System follows the same timeline for the brand and website, with Market Presence work beginning immediately after launch as an ongoing engagement. You will receive a clear, specific timeline during your Brand Strategy Session before any work begins.
How long does the project take?
Fill out the application at the bottom of this page. We review every submission within 48 hours and reach out personally. If we are the right fit you will be invited to a Brand Consultation Call where we map out your vision and project scope. From there you receive a proposal. Once approved we send your Agreement and Invoice to lock in your start date and secure your spot on our calendar.
